RN Professional Development Generalist Peri Anesthesia

Seeking 3–5 years of peri-anesthesia (PACU/Pre-Op) or ICU/critical care experience, with strong clinical expertise in peri-anesthesia nursing.


Scope of work



The Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Generalist uses the tools, theories, skills and knowledge of the specialty to improve the healthcare practice of nursing and allied staff. The NPD Generalist uses expertise in education and professional development practices, the NPD Generalist (NPD-G) functions in collaboration with staff, leadership, faculty and researchers to develop, implement and evaluate professional development programs that influence professional role competence, continuous learning and growth.
