RN Program Coordinator Sepsis

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

The Program Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, directing, implementing, coordinating
and evaluating the effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of the service line program in accordance
with facility policies, service line objectives, and clinical standards. Accountable for program accreditation
and/or certification by regulatory bodies.

**Job Requirements**
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

+ Bachelor Degree in Nursing required
+ Master Degree preferred
+ Registered Nurse license thought the state of employment
+ Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
+ Certified Nurse Manager & Leader certification is required within 6 month
+ Five years of nursing experience in acute care
+ 2 years nursing experience in area of specialty
