RN - Registered Nurse - Infusion Pharmacy Liaison

Job Duties



This is a designated liaison position primarily covering Geisinger Wyoming Valley (GWV), Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre (GSWB), and Geisinger Community Medical Center (GCMC). You’ll have in-person responsibilities at these sites and coordinate patient discharges from the hospitals to home infusion settings and support ongoing patient care.
+ At least three (3) years of RN work experience is required.
+ RN Home Health and IV therapy experience is preferred.
+ A typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.
