Job Description
Job Summary:
- Department: 4 NW Neuro Stepdown
- Shift Timings: 19:00 - 07:30 Hours, Monday to Friday 3 days 12 hours shift.
- Per Week: 36 Hours.
- 30 Bed Neuro/stroke/vent/trach Stepdown Unit Ratio for Stepdown patients 1:3-4, Ratio for tele patients 1:5 NIHSS, BLS, ACLS Work every other weekend and every other vacation Weekend sick calls are made up the following weekend Floating to like unit is dependent on census admissions and discharges are part of role EPIC experience a MUST NO BLOCK schedules.

Responsibilities
- Implements and monitors patient care plans.
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
