Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele Float Pool

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 12-hour nights, weekends as scheduled.

The MedSurg/Tele Float Pool Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population across various units. The nurse will float primarily between 6N and 7N, with potential assignments in 4N, 5S, 6S, and Critical Care as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Read and interpret cardiac telemetry strips.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
