About the Role
Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician. Join the team that keeps the UK moving. As a Roadside Technician with a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least 2 years' experience, you’ll receive market‑competitive compensation and flexible working.
- Base salary £41,600 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable) with a realistic OTE of £66,000. Top performers can earn significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.
- Demand‑led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime available.
Where you’ll work
You’ll be part of the Mayfair cluster, covering Mayfair, Soho, Westminster, City of London, Covent Garden, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington, Paddington. Work is organised locally so you can start and finish at home.
