DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Operates a robotic welder.

Performs light maintenance such as replacing wire or changing weld tips.

Perform quality checks using Quality Department approved tools.

Inform the necessary supervisor/lead person of any equipment-related problems or concerns that may affect the quality of parts produced.

Manual welding is occasionally required to touch up the part or to weld a portion of the part the robot cannot reach.

Clocking on jobs and parts accurately.

Follow instructions from Steel Tech Enterprises and equipment documentation, including Shop Traveler, equipment manuals, and blueprints.

Maintain all required documentation.
