Robotic Welder

This role focuses on robotic and MIG welding of mild steel and aluminum parts. Most of the work is done using ABB robotic welders, with some hand MIG welding for touch‑ups or special parts. You’ll follow blueprints, check quality, and meet daily production goals.

Key Duties

• Operate ABB robotic welding equipment most of the shift
• Perform hand MIG welding for touch‑ups or non‑robotic welds
• Read blueprints and customer specifications
• Inspect welded parts for quality and accuracy
• Grind and finish parts as needed
• Produce 70–120 parts per day depending on complexity
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with teammates to meet production goals

Required Skills

• 1+ year of MIG welding experience or welding degree with 6+ months experience
• Experience reading blueprints
• Grinding and finishing experience
