Award Stream B, Level 5 $43.95 per hour inclusive of superannuation & allowances (5% increase as of 01 July 2026). Indicative salary of circa $100,000 per annum inclusive of allowances and overtime when available, depending on operational requirements.
About the Role
Central Highlands Regional Council has Roller positions in Maintenance Rural Crews across the region. As a member of council’s Infrastructure and Utilities team, these positions are responsible for performing a range of labouring duties and plant operation tasks, to assist in the completion and maintenance of road and town facilities. Working in the Infrastructure team there are opportunities to enhance your career with the potential to upskill qualifications, licences and plant tickets. You will also have additional earning potential when overtime work is available.
