Internal: System Quality Manager, Subsystem Manager, Depot Manager. External: Clients or their representatives and external suppliers.

• Perform quality control activities for rolling stock retrofit scope.
• Perform fleet-wide inspection as per defined containment action and agreed monitoring scope.
• Maintain all quality control records for retrofit activities and fleet-wide containment actions.
• Ensure documentation updates for all retrofit and fleet-wide inspections.
• Manage the traceability matrix showing retrofit works planned vs works completed.
• Ensure calibration of all working tools, maintain register.
• Familiar with special process like torque tightening.
• Ensure tools and material/chemicals validity used as part of daily works by RSK team.
