Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Commercial Roof Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll conduct and lead roof evaluations, develop technical reports and design documents, and oversee roof construction projects. Your role will be critical in delivering trusted guidance to clients across a variety of industries. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional registrations such as RRO or RRC is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct condition assessments, leak investigations, and due diligence roof evaluations
- Prepare written reports, and develop technical specifications and budgets for roof repair/replacement
- Work with Project Management team to develop bid packages and assist clients with contractor selection
