Project Management & Scheduling
- Oversee roofing projects from job launch through final completion
- Schedule installations, inspections, material deliveries, and crew assignments
- Coordinate project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed based on weather, materials, or labor availability
Crew & Subcontractor Management
- Manage roofing crews and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Confirm crews are properly scheduled, equipped, and informed prior to project start
- Conduct regular job site visits and quality control inspections
- Resolve field issues quickly and effectively
