True Roofs is building a high-performance roofing sales team — and we're hiring experienced in-home closers who know how to run appointments, build trust fast, and close high-ticket projects.
If you've closed solar, windows, HVAC, pest, alarms, or any in-home service, you already know the game. Roofing is the same skillset with bigger commissions and higher close rates.
What You'll Earn
