We're seeking an organised and proactive Scheduling & Service Delivery Coordinator to play a key role in coordinating appointments, managing service delivery, and supporting positive participant outcomes.
About the Role
This is far more than a standard scheduling position.
As the central coordination point for multiple service streams, you'll coordinate appointments, manage service delivery, and ensure participants are connected to the right supports at the right time. Working closely with clinicians, participants and internal teams, you'll help drive operational efficiency and positive outcomes.
