**Essential Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate in the definition and control production process, including tooling and equipment
+ Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools or equipment
+ Execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and contributes to technological developments in the team
+ Work together with people from the business unit
+ Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), document process changes, drive process/fixture improvements, drive lead and cycle time improvements, cost of Quality (COQ) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) actions
+ Participate in LEAN initiatives and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements

**Qualifications/Requirements**

+ Master's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree with a relevant work experience
