Route Controller

Job Overview

The role will be responsible primarily for primary distribution risk management, live route tracking, and execution management. Additionally, the role will support secondary distribution business units.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Daily, live execution management of all routes for assigned Business Unit (BU).
2. Route Execution & Tracking:

• Live visibility and tracking of all routes within the BU on Cella Track.
• Tracking and investigation of all “Late” routes.
• Tracking Route Compliance, Planned vs Actual KM, and Planned vs Actual TAT.

• Managing risk alerts.
• Acknowledgment & resolution of alert pop-ups on Cella for applicable BU.
• Driver communication and relationship management.
• Driving corrective action with drivers.
• Ensuring correct escalation processes are being followed.
