Route Supervisor

## Position Summary
The Route Supervisor is responsible for directing the daily activities of drivers and helpers in order to provide safe, effective ad courteous waste collection services to customers. The incumbent will ride with a driver during his/her scheduled route to identify opportunities for enhanced operating efficiencies, accurate billing, opportunities for increases in service and potential safety hazards.

## Key Responsibilities
+ Rides with assigned driver on a designated commercial and/or residential route to gather data such as travel times, disposal volumes, service and collection times, and accuracy of the route sheet in an effort to increase efficiency, reduce cost, improve revenue and reduce safety hazards.
+ Ensures the proper usage of the OBC and OBC back office to help achieve the divisions efficiency, safety, and customer service goals.
