We’re looking for a proactive and organised Routing Box Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving problems. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth, efficient, and on-time box deliveries to thousands of customers every day. You’ll work closely with terminals, couriers, and internal teams to plan optimised routes, monitor capacity, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our routing tools and processes.
Your work will have a direct impact on our mission to make e-commerce logistics seamless, sustainable, and customer-focused.
Some of the things you will do
Plan & optimise – Analyse, simulate, and create routes for box deliveries that maximise efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate closely – Work with terminals, couriers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow and resolve operational issues quickly.
