About the Role

This position is specifically designed as a caretaker role, supporting our associate dentists during periods of maternity leave or long-term absence. You will not be covering vacant positions; instead, you will inherit a well-maintained, up-to-date patient list within an established and supportive team. Each placement (or “rotation”) typically lasts 6-9 months, during which time you will be based in a single practice. This allows you to build rapport with patients and colleagues, while providing reassurance and continuity during your colleague’s absence.
