Roving Merchandiser

The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring the effective distribution, visibility, and promotion of Happy Pet Products (HP) across commercial accounts. This role oversees stock inventory and replenishment, monitors product displays, and ensures merchandising standards are consistently met.

Assigned Store Responsibilities

• Ensures that shelves of assigned store are properly stocked and displayed.
• Handles the assigned store’s inventory levels and creates inventory reports for the monitoring of the sales performances of products.
• Monitors sales, losses, stock wastage and damage.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Pushes products in-store to meet sales targets.
• Participates in marketing events.

Customer Feedback and Competitor Analysis Responsibilities

• Reviews and reports customer feedback to supervisors in order to forecast sales trends and seasonal stock demand.
