Role: RPA Project Manager Experience: 10 Yrs - 18 Yrs Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days Location: PAN India Job Description: Lead end-to-end delivery and run operations of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) programs across multiple business units. Own discovery, design governance, delivery, and production support of attended and unattended automations. Partner with Business, CoE, Technology, Risk/Controls, and Operations to scale automation outcomes (FTE savings, quality, and cycle-time reduction) while maintaining robust change, incident, and compliance practices. Key Responsibilities Program & Portfolio Leadership Define and maintain the automation roadmap, intake, and prioritization aligned to business objectives and funding. Establish governance (steering, weekly cadences) and report program health, risks, issues, and dependencies.
