Job Description
Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3 days per week)
Shift: Day shift, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms
- Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure SLA compliance
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (RPO, BPO, or agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite three times per week
- Amenable to a day shift schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
