- Conducts business needs analysis on current corporate/ministry programs/initiatives to update existing procedures and recommends/implements changes to existing programs/initiatives through the use of digital products and digital roadmaps.
- Contributes to the initial planning and analysis, and identifies critical issues, project priorities and resource requirements, and defines deliverables and scope.
- Leads agile teams in the the business analysis and delivery of new/updated digital system to meet future program/initiative needs.
