Create effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces across web, mobile, and digital platforms.
Apply iterative design practices based on user testing, feedback, and usability best practices.
Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and sitemaps optimized for multiple devices.
Experience with
Ontario Design Systems (ODS).
Design and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing).
Analyze user needs, behaviours, and motivations to inform design decisions.
