Are you passionate about sport and committed to developing young athletes both on and off the pitch/court? As part of the dynamic and growing Sports team at Coleg Gwent, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Rugby Coache to support our learners’ enrichment journey.

Principal Responsibilities

As our Rugby Coach, you will lead structured and engaging coaching sessions tailored to the needs and abilities of our learners. Your training will support the progressive development of players, preparing them for competitive matches.

You will be expected to:

•Deliver high-quality coaching for a minimum of four hours per week. 

• Plan and facilitate sessions that build skill, teamwork, and performance.
