Responsibilities
Carry out messenger and delivery tasks between departments and external clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in preparing meeting rooms, technical setups, and any production-related requirements. Provide logistical support to VFX artists and supervisors, including supply management and organization of work areas. Assist with basic file and data management, ensuring materials are handled securely and in an organized manner. Collaborate with the production team on basic administrative tasks, such as document organization and database updates. Support the coordination of internal studio events and activities. Respond to day-to-day studio needs as they arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
