S132 Report Writer - Social Worker - Horowhenua - Secondment until 27 July 2027

Overview

1x Fulltime, Fixed term position available until 27 July 2027. Position will be based at Horowhenua Site. We offer a competitive salary starting from $81,206 to $97,557, depending on experience.

We are looking for a qualified, registered, and experienced social worker who wants to make a real difference by putting tamariki and rangatahi at the heart of everything they do.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Section 132 Report Writer team to produce complex Section 132 reports within designated timeframes and a high standard.
• Gather, collate and analyse information to write comprehensive reports that are suitable for presentation to a professional audience, including a Judge.
• Interview and communicate with tamariki, whānau and other relevant professionals.
• Generate solid evidence‑based decisions and incorporate these into your work.
