Job Description
General Summary
The outbound supervisor will manage the day‑to‑day fulfilment, dispatch and delivery of goods. They will oversee warehouse workflows—including order picking, packing, and handover to 3PL—to ensure shipments reach customers accurately, safely, and on schedule. They also will lead team performance and enforce safety compliance, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Operations & Logistics
- Coordinate daily outbound activities from order release to dispatch.
- Supervise picking, staging, and packing processes to ensure orders are ready before prescribed cut‑off times.
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy and proper handling of all outgoing consignments.
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures.
