SaaS Project Lead/Business Analyist Fixed Term

About the role

We’re looking for a technical minded project leader or business analyst to keep complex software implementations on track and bring out the best in their team. This 12‑month fixed‑term, full‑time role based in Lower Hutt leads the implementation of our Infrastructure Data (ID) platform – a SaaS product that helps water and wastewater operators control their data, deliver insights and compliance reporting across their assets. You will sit at the intersection of project delivery, business analysis, team leadership, and client relationships, while managing a team of Data Analysts.

This is not a back‑seat role. You own the planning, resourcing and coordination of implementation projects end‑to‑end, manage scope changes, track progress, and drive solutions when issues arise.
