SaaS QA & Client Support Specialist - Remote

Frontline Data Solutions is seeking a QA Testing & Client Support Specialist in Singapore. In this role, you will leverage your strong hands-on experience in software testing and customer-facing technical support to ensure high-quality outputs across various web-based SaaS products.

You will write and execute both manual and automated test cases, focusing on Playwright, and support enterprise customers with technical issues while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in the release process.
