SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Role Overview

The SAFe Release Train Engineer is an agile professional and servant leader, supporting an Agile Release Train (ART) in PCCW Global’s SAFe environment.
They are a pragmatic, outcome-oriented and empathetic problem solver who embodies and encourages Agile values and principles, and supports the execution of SAFe Planning Increments at ART level. 

Responsibilities
Support and coach up to two ARTs

Facilitate ART level agile activities and SAFe ceremonies

Ensure the Scaled Agile Framework, IT standards and procedures are effectively implemented at ART level

Drive the resolution of impediments with support from the ART Trifecta, Business Owners and Team Coaches

Accurately maintain the ART's data in Jira

Represent the ART to Agile Program Management Office (APMO) and similar

Provide transparency to Portfolio leadersh...
