Job Description
JOB SUMMARY The Safety Manager role provides safety leadership, guidance, and support to McKenney’s operations to help minimize the potential for employee injury, property damage, and third-party liabilities resulting from incidents.
The position reports to the Corporate Safety Director, and key expectations include evaluating, developing, planning, directing, training, and implementing safety initiatives throughout McKenney’s operations.
It is expected that these initiatives will result in continuous improvement of McKenney’s safety processes.
This position requires a strong leader with high energy who actively searches for, creatively designs, and implements effective initiatives to support the vision of achieving a Zero Incident Culture.
