JOB SUMMARY:

EHS Officer prepares/promotes and implements the company's environmental, health, and safety program.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepares/promotes the Project Construction Safety and Health Program.
• Conducts management, staff, and workers training on environmental, health, and safety practices.
• Ensures the company is aware of and complies with all legislation relating to its duty of care, workplace activities, and the use of its equipment and substances.
• Ensures Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, hard hats, and protective gloves are being used in workplaces according to regulations.
• Ensures that workplaces conform to organizational procedures and safety standards.
• Inspects workplaces and workplace equipment, such as scaffolding to ensure they meet safety regulations and to identify hazards...
