Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies in compliance with Philippine regulations and international standards for construction projects.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of construction sites, equipment, and processes to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and non-compliance issues.
- Provide safety training and orientation to all personnel, including new hires, subcontractors, and visitors, on safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and hazard recognition.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations on-site and take corrective action to address violations or unsafe practices, including issuing warnings, stop-work orders, and disciplinary measures as necessary.
