Safety Officer

Overview

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Safety Officer to join our Safety and Health Team who will be assigned Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines .

We are seeking a proactive Safety Officer to promote workplace safety, ensure compliance with OSH standards, and support risk assessment, training, and incident management across our operations.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audit.
• Uphold compliance with national OSH standards under Philippine law.
• Implement and monitor Safety Training and Safety Programs.
• Prepare reports, manuals, policies, and safety investigation.
• Conduct site and event safety evaluation and risk assessment.
• Investigates incidents and monitors outcomes with formal reporting.
