Job Description
- Implement, configure, and manage Sailpoint IdentityIQ, including Life Cycle Manager (LCM) and Compliance Manager (CM).
- Develop and maintain identity workflows, roles, certification campaigns, and policies.
- Integrate new applications and systems into the identity management system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the IAM system and processes.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of the system.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and scenarios, with a strong understanding of WebService connector.
- Document all processes and systems related to the IAM system.
- Onboard business applications to Sailpoint IIQ.
- Good hands-on experience of IdentityNow.
- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
