Prepare and display produce items for sale in an efficient, sanitary manner and in accordance with company standards & policies. Perform customer service functions and follow all company policies and procedures.
Prepare and display salad bar items safely in accordance with company standards, recipes, & policies. Check product quality; make sure it is always fresh, rotated and stirred. Sort and prepare all salad bar products in accordance with Company policies with regard to quality and temperature. Keep carts, tools, and supplies in their designated areas and well organized. Keep sales area, backrooms and coolers clean and well organized. Able to communicate with customers and associates. Provide good customer and associate relations.
