What You'll Do

• Respond to inquiries from prospective Umrah clients.
• Guide customers through Umrah package options and recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
