Job Description
Bachelor's degree - 7+ years of B2B sales experience in digital advertising - Proven track record in video advertising sales - Experience selling various video formats (programmatic, direct, sponsorships) - Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape - Experience working with agencies and brands - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in gaming, esports, or entertainment advertising
- Knowledge of streaming media and content creator ecosystems
- Experience with podcast, audio, or live content monetization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience presenting to senior executives
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
