Sales Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned client accounts
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Coordinate client requirements with internal teams operations, production, billing, etc.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, scope, and budget
• Handle client complaints professionally and provide timely solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic reports as needed
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
• Assist in collection follow ups when required
• Build long term client relationships to support repeat business and account growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive is an advantage
