Job Description
The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for key customers in Contract Logistics operations.
Responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships, ensuring service quality, managing operational performance, and identifying growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned customers to ensure operational excellence and satisfaction
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and support teams to meet KPIs and contractual commitments
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and lead regular business reviews with clients
- Handle issue resolution and escalation management to maintain service continuity
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Develop strategic account plans to drive retention and organic growth (upselling/cross-selling)
- Support pricing reviews, renewals, and contract negotiations
