Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team with the customer services, help locate product for customers, place order, place holds, process transactions and keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked;
- Identify customers' product needs, conduct market research to identify markets trends and industry information as to serve clients better;
- Develop business with international clients and achieve high clients' satisfaction;
- Managing the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base;
- Working with internal and external resources, provide customer service, often facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, providing engineering support, and troubleshooting other customer problems;
