Job Description

PART TIME ROLE. IMMEDIATE START. We are currently recruiting a Sales & Purchasing Assistant for our client in Huntingdon. Shifts available are Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Duties will include:

  • Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing quotations, sales confirmations, and delivery documentation
  • Coordinating with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and product availability
  • Raising and processing purchase orders with suppliers
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory coordination
  • Matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices
  • Preparing and issuing customer invoices
  • Assisting with supplier invoice processing and basic accounts support
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and office documentation
