Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to achieve the annual sales target.
- Assist the Sales Engineer / Sales Manager with the preparation of monthly sales reports.
- Engage customers to secure orders and arrange for on time delivery.
- Prepare quotations for customers using the ERP System and ensure accurate pricing of products.
- Process sale orders, production orders, pick lists and purchase orders in the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle purchasing by obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders, and following up on order confirmations and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and plan product inventory levels, liaise with suppliers for timely supply/replenishment of inventory.
- Work with suppliers to resolve any quality issue with their products or short delivery issues.
- Liaise with Logistics personnel on stock and delivery issues.
