- Oversee end-to-end order management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment from order receipt through to delivery.
- Review and validate quotations, sales reports, and contractual documentation prepared by the team to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Liaise closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to optimise delivery schedules and proactively resolve fulfilment issues.
- Prepare quotations and answer customer enquiries.
- Ensure orders are processed according to customer requirements, and all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Contact customers to arrange appointments and support Sales Representatives with documentation, quotations and other materials.
- Develop and maintain new systems to keep sales records and prepare reports.
