Job Description

Sales Administrator We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Sales
Administration to support our sales team and defense business operations. This is a
hands-on role with variety — spanning order processing, customer communication,
trade show participation, and market research. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who
takes initiative and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Sales & Customer Support  Prepare quotes and process customer orders from start to finish
 Pack and ship orders accurately and on time
 Provide customer support, including warranty follow-up and issue resolution
 Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers on quotes, open sales, and trade
show leads
Trade Show & Field Support
 Coordinate and participate in trade show setup and on-site support (Occasional
