Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:
- Explain to customers the offer and the product benefits.
- Conduct needs analysis, understanding the client’s requirements to offer the best product.
- Build good rapport with customers to better engage them.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our client.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months outbound/inbound sales experience (local/international).
Skills Required:
- Soft Skills.
- Sales Ability (comfortable with handling objections, building rapport, needs analysis).
- Customer centricity.
- Attention to detail to ensure conversations are correctly captured and actioned.
