Job Description
ICAP EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS, on behalf of a leading electricity provider, is looking for a Sales Consultant to join the store team in the area of Peristeri, Attica.
Key responsibilities include:
- Takes care of the immediate service, management, and resolution of customer issues with the aim of maximizing the quality of their service.
- Performs immediate and substantial customer information within the store regarding Natural Gas & Electricity products.
- Enters data into the information system, records and issues supply contracts, and contract terminations for Natural Gas and Electricity supply.
- Forwards customer requests to the responsible management of the gas or/and electricity distribution network.
- Processes settlement requests, manages standing orders, and issues Natural Gas & Electricity bills.
- Sends customers informational letters about various Customer Service D...
