Job Description
Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all KPI's and targets are met.
Communicate with our existing and cancelled customers in an omni-channel contact center environment which includes inbound and outbound calls, emails and webchat.
Ensure campaign and productivity targets are met by taking ownership of your own performance.
Practice and promote ethical selling.
Use objection handling and negotiation skills to promote additional products to help the customer.
