Reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets related to increasing the mobile customer base. Understand customer needs and handle various personalities. Represent the brand positively and professionally. Assist clients with opening accounts and resolving betting queries. Drive daily sales and activations of mobile products, influencing customers to purchase services. Support mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and enroll new online accounts. Maintain sales activity records and report progress to management daily. Promote the mobile brand and set up displays at outlets, events, and promotions. Help customers submit correct FICA documents when opening new accounts. Ensure new customers use welcome bonuses and learn how to bet on the mobile application.
